jdb Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jdb platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the jdblogin.cam website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in English for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity or need for interpretation, the English text shall be considered final. jdb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will notify users as far in advance as possible before any changes take effect.

2 Account Registration

To use the full range of services on the jdb platform, you must open a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If an account is opened using false or misleading information, it may be closed at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, phone number or payment method will be detected and those accounts will be closed. Any bonuses or winnings earned on duplicate accounts will be considered void.

2.2 Identity Verification

jdb may at any time request a copy of a national identity card or passport to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete. If a user does not respond to a verification request within the specified time, the account may be temporarily deactivated.

3 Age Requirement

All services on the jdb platform are for persons aged 21 or over only. Minors are not permitted to open an account, and knowingly assisting a minor to operate an account is also prohibited.

jdb may introduce an age verification process at any time. A government-issued identity document will be accepted as proof of age during verification.

4 Account Security

Keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
• Do not share your OTP or verification code with anyone.

No jdb employee or representative will ever ask for your password or full card number. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Specific methods are set for depositing and withdrawing funds on the jdb platform. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are currently available for deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applies to all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or suspected unusual activity is involved.

5.3 Payment Ownership

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your name. Conducting transactions using a third party's account is prohibited. Breaching this rule may result in the account being temporarily suspended and an investigation being conducted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on the jdb platform. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a balance of ৳2,000, and you must place ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with bonus funds.
• Some promotions are time-limited and cannot be claimed once they have expired.
• jdb reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system, multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses using the same payment account, or coordinated fulfilment of wagering requirements are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and related winnings will be voided.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The jdb platform offers various games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and Teen Patti, as well as betting services on sports including cricket and football. Each game or betting section has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface or on the relevant page.

7.1 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet limit is set for each game or betting market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. In special circumstances, jdb reserves the right to change the betting limits of any account.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server problem or internet connection disruption, jdb will use its own logs to determine the outcome of that game. jdb reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or payout information displayed due to a technical error.

7.3 Element of Chance

Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in all casino games and slots. Game outcomes are completely impartial and previous results do not affect future results.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the jdb platform:

• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software or game systems.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards other users.
• Attempting to use money laundering or funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using jdb's name or trademarks commercially without authorisation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Detection of unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.
• At the user's own request.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be given before closure.

10 Privacy Policy

By registering on the jdb platform, you are also giving your consent to our Privacy Policy. Please read that page for details on how your personal information is collected, stored and used.

We use SSL encryption for technical security and your information is not disclosed to unauthorised third parties. Your personal information is not used beyond what is necessary to provide the required services.

In disputes concerning game outcomes or technical matters, our server logs will be treated as final evidence. The final decision issued by jdb will be considered binding.

13 Changes to Terms

jdb reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. For this reason, it is advised to visit this page regularly.
